78 Series - Snap-tite's heavy duty 78 Series thread-to-connect couplings are designed for most industrial fluid and chemical applications. The coupling will connect-under-pressure to the full working pressure of 3,000 psi (207 bar) and is available in sizes from 3/4" thru 1 1/2" in size. The 78 Series is interchangeable with many other manufacturers compatible coupling.

BENEFITS
The 78 Series couplings connect under pressure due to a bonded valve seal which prevents seal washout. The operating pressure of 3,000 psi (207 bar) is possible in both the connected and disconnected modes and a bulkhead mountable nipple option is available. This unit can also handle vacuum applications.
