For years the construction industry has been looking for a quick and clean way to connect large hydraulic work tools (shears, hammers, crushers) but has always been disappointed with service life. NOT ANY MORE!

Snap-tite has developed the QuikXChange quick disconnect coupling specifically for excavator attachments. This specialized coupling has a low pressure drop and will survive surge flow as well as pulsating hammer flow. The threaded drybreak design connects and disconnects without spillage, prevents introduction of dirt into the hydraulic system, while easily connecting against trapped static pressure. Best of all, QuikXChange reduces the work tool connection process to less than 5 minutes with only one person!

The two QuikXChange sizes presently available are designed to work with any attachment suitable for use on excavators with carrier weights from 27,000 lbs to 150,000 lbs. QuikXChange is proven to work with the toughest attachments like
Hammers, Shears, and Multi-Processors and can handle flow rates with minimal pressure loss in your high flow applications. If you're adding an auxiliary hydraulic kit to your excavator, don't forget the QuikXChange quick disconnect
coupling, and you'll change your work tools in less than 5 minutes!
